Once your order is ready, and your product is dry and cleaned, we move on to packaging !

It is slipped into a small sealed plastic package, to guarantee that the toy has never been opened before you receive it .

This is what your order will look like:

Each order contains inserts, as well as one or more storage bags depending on the number of toys ordered.

But all of this is set to change very soon!


You should soon start receiving a little thank you note, or even Polaroids of the characters you just received.

We're also looking into adding "drying sticks" so you can dry your toys more easily! (at no extra cost to you, of course)

How does delivery work?

First of all, it's important to show you what the package looks like, to reassure the most anxious among you!

As this package is a return due to an address problem, I cannot show you the last side, as our customer's name and address are visible there.

But don't worry: it's just a post office sticker, with no mention of "Délices Défendus" or anything recognizable!

So don't worry, your little secrets stay between you and us 😉💌

For delivery, we delegate everything to a trusted service provider .


This allows us to offer you delivery on certain orders (from €120) 🥰

Its operation is simple: it groups together several orders from different companies and redirects them to large international logistics hubs.

His job? To find the most optimized routes , to guarantee a perfect balance between speed and low cost !


It's a real job, and it's not ours, so we prefer to entrust it to professionals!

For those wondering why their tracking number is only displayed when the package arrives in the destination country:

This is normal! Before that, your order travels in a “master package”: a huge parcel (sometimes weighing several hundred kilos) containing lots of small parcels like yours, all destined for the same country.

Our service provider buys a tracking number from DHL (for example for the United States) and tells them that a master package will soon arrive at their warehouse with such tracking number.

Once there, DHL employees open the master package, scan all the tracking numbers inside, and that's when your tracking is activated and your package enters the local postal system 📦

Why did we choose this method?

Because it allows us to:

- Reduce shipping costs

- Find efficient routes

- Deliver worldwide

And above all: deliver even to countries where sex toys are prohibited or complicated to transport .

Our service provider adapts the routes to avoid obstacles. (our toys are declared as silicone massagers, for those who are interested)


We asked our service provider to work exclusively with reliable carriers in each country:
DHL for the USA, CTTExpress for Spain, Royal Mail for the UK, Aramex for Australia…


But sometimes, for reasons of cost, speed or geography, another local service is used occasionally.

What if the package doesn't arrive? 😟


No stress.

We send him back.


No weird forms, no "DHL investigating for 6 months", no endless waiting.


If your package is lost, we'll tell you clearly, send you a new package with a new tracking number , and take care of everything 💌
