"You look at me differently now..."
His voice was low, deep, almost amused.
She tilted her head slightly, as if she were analyzing your reaction.
Then his scaly hand slowly slid against your chest.
The touch was warm, surprisingly soft despite the texture of its scales. It traced the line of your body with its fingertips, as if discovering something it had never truly noticed before.
Your breath became shorter.
She noticed it immediately.
A subtle smile appeared on her lips.
"I can feel it..."
She moved even closer.
His breath brushed against your neck, warm, almost burning.
Then she did something unexpected.
She turned around.
Her tail moved gently to the side, revealing the natural curve of her body. The posture was instinctive, almost animalistic… but terribly deliberate.
She glanced over her shoulder.
A look charged with a new intensity.
As if this evolution had awakened a part of herself that she had never explored before.
You placed your hands on her hips.
The warmth of her skin immediately transferred to your palms.
And when your bodies finally drew closer, the world seemed to slow down.
The first movement was hesitant.
Then more confident.
The rhythm gradually settled in, guided by that strange tension that had been between you since the moment of its evolution.
Aelyra let out a trembling breath.
Her tail swung slowly behind her, tracing arcs in the air like a flame stirred by the wind.
"Continue..."
His voice was even lower.
Your movements became more fluid, more synchronized. The heat around you seemed to increase with every moment, as if the energy of evolution was still burning in the air.
At one point, she changed her posture slightly.
Her hands touched the ground, her back arched further. She turned her head towards you, her eyes shining in the dim light.
" Like that… "
The feeling changed.
More intense. Deeper.
The clearing seemed to breathe with you.
The wind stirred the leaves of the trees, the twilight light played on its golden scales, and for a few moments there was nothing but the rhythm of your breathing.
The tension rose slowly.
Inexorably.
Until everything exploded in a suspended moment, like a wave of heat that washed over both of you.
Aelyra remained motionless for a few seconds, panting.
Then she sat up.
She turned towards you, her eyes still bright, but this time with a softer expression.
Almost satisfied.
She placed her hand against your cheek.
"It seems that my evolution... hasn't changed as much as I have."
Her tail traced a final arc of light behind her.
And for a moment, you understood that this moment would remain etched in your memory.
Because some evolutions don't just transform a Pokémon.
They also awaken something in the person who looks at them.
