Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between DélicesDefendus (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any person placing an order on our website (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”). Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the artisanal manufacturing process.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once the customer completes the full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of payment issues or stock shortages.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros or US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully validated.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order and for taking all reasonable measures necessary to ensure successful receipt of the parcel.
Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the carrier makes the parcel available at a pickup point, post office, parcel locker, or any other collection location, the Customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
Where tracking information is available, the Customer is encouraged to check the shipment status regularly. Délices Défendus may also inform the Customer of the parcel’s location and/or the collection deadline when such information becomes available to us.
If the parcel is not collected within the required timeframe due to the Customer’s absence, refusal to accept delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, or more generally due to a lack of cooperation attributable to the Customer, the parcel may be returned to the sender, retained, destroyed, disposed of, or otherwise processed in accordance with the carrier’s applicable procedures.
If the parcel is effectively returned to Délices Défendus, the Customer may be offered the possibility of having the order shipped again. Any additional shipping or return costs directly resulting from the Customer’s failure to collect the parcel may be charged to the Customer where permitted by applicable law.
Where a parcel is not collected despite having been made available for collection and despite the information provided to the Customer, and the parcel is subsequently lost, destroyed, disposed of, or permanently not returned by the carrier, the respective responsibility of each party, as well as any entitlement to a refund, replacement shipment, or any costs chargeable to the Customer, shall be assessed on the basis of the specific circumstances, the available proof of delivery and notification, and the applicable mandatory legal provisions.
Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to the Customer under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the products have not been used.
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If a defect is identified, the customer must contact us at info@delicesdefendus.com as soon as possible.
9. Liability
We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
