We know you want to receive your package quickly and, above all, discreetly. As soon as you click "buy," our team prepares your order in 100% discreet packaging, guaranteeing fast shipping with absolutely no indication of its contents. We handle every order with the same discretion we would want for ourselves.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email summarizing the selected products, the delivery address, and the chosen payment method. This allows you to review all the information at your leisure.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped and received?

Our logistics team prepares your orders quickly. As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a second email confirming shipment.

To receive your order:

- In France, it takes up to 1 week.

- In Europe, delivery times are generally 1 to 2 weeks.

- USA & International, between 2 and 3.5 weeks.

These delivery times are given as a guide: depending on our workload or the carrier's delivery times, it may be a little faster… or take a little longer.

Can I track my package?

Yes. A tracking link will be provided to you upon shipment. This will allow you to check the delivery progress directly on the carrier's website and estimate the arrival date.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For France, allow up to 1 week. In Europe, delivery times are generally 1 to 2 weeks, and internationally, between 2 and 3.5 weeks.

What should I do if my package gets lost?

Sometimes it happens.

Normally, you would have to wait for the delivery service to conduct an investigation, issue a refund, and then place your order again. We, however, reship your package free of charge, instantly, as soon as it's marked as lost!

Your privacy is our top priority. We use reinforced, plain cardboard boxes or opaque envelopes that pass the "neighbor test." No logos, no markings, no noise—just a secure package that looks like any standard delivery. Your secret is safe with us.

What will the package look like upon arrival?

We use standard, unmarked brown cardboard boxes or sturdy plastic envelopes similar to those used for any regular home delivery. There are no logos, no brand names, and certainly no mention of "fantasy" or "toys" on the outside. The package is completely opaque and carefully sealed to ensure absolute confidentiality.

How will the payment appear on my bank statement?

We understand that financial discretion is just as important as physical discretion. Your bank statement will show a discreet business name (DDSHOP) that does not reveal the nature of our products. You can shop with complete confidence; your private interests remain confidential. If you type DDSHOP into a search engine, no one will find our website.

What name appears on the return address?

To comply with shipping regulations while preserving your anonymity, we use an abbreviated version of our logistics center's name or a generic alias such as "Shipping Department." We never use our full brand name or any "furry"-related terminology on the shipping label.

Is the packaging discreet enough for a shared accommodation?

Absolutely. Our packaging is designed to be tamper-evident and inconspicuous. No suspicious noises or internal movement will reveal the contents.

Free delivery policy

We offer free delivery for all orders over 130 euros (approximately $150).

💸 PAYMENTS

Shop with confidence. We use top-level SSL encryption for all transactions. Most importantly, your bank statement will only show a generic business name. There is absolutely no mention of “toys,” “novelty,” or “Forbidden Delights” on your invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal

My payment failed, what should I do?

This problem mainly occurs with our American friends. Indeed, some banks block payments from abroad, and simply authorizing them in your online banking isn't always enough.

To validate your order despite this, you can first contact your bank, or check if a validation code or additional authorization is required.

If that doesn't work, you can contact us so we can offer you a customized solution.

What name appears on the return address?

Yes! PayPal offers the option to pay in 4 installments with no fees!

How do I clean my sex toy?

We recommend that you clean your sex toys upon receipt, before the first use, and then after each use.

Use warm water and mild soap, or a cleaner specifically designed for sex toys.

Rinse thoroughly, then allow to air dry.

We provide free drying sticks and dust bags for drying and storing your toys with every order!

Our toys are designed to be easy to clean and maintain.
